Teknica was founded on a simple conviction: that a BETTER design is the product of two disciplines working as one — the restraint of architecture and the rigor of engineering.

I lead both. Every Teknica project is drawn by the same studio that engineers it, which means our architecture is shaped by what’s possible, and our engineering is shaped by what’s beautiful.

We work almost exclusively in South Florida — a climate and a code environment that rewards precision. Permitting is not an afterthought here; it is part of the design.
